Toma-Tola Veggie Brew


Remember you can customize your recipes

by choosing your Veggie Brew heat level!


3 tomatoes, chopped
1 small red pepper, chopped, seeds removed
1 cucumber, peeled & chopped
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 cup Veggie Brew
1/4teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon each sea salt, red pepper flakes, and black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh or dried parsley
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Drizzle of olive oil


  • Add tomatoes, pepper, cucumber, onion, garlic clove, lime juice, and Veggie Brew into a blender and blend until smooth
  • Add the rest of the seasonings slowly and adjust to taste.
  • Chill for 2-4 hours, or overnight.
  • Garnish with chopped peppers, green onion, black pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil just before serving.
